I do not know why your client preferred to move to Madagascar to continue their development. Madagascar is indeed a very poor country, but having work there I can tell that it is completely wrong to say that they have no phone and no internet connection. In fact, next year they will be connected to the EASY sub-marine cable going all around Africa. People their have their weakness but can also be very good at developping software

The part of Madagascar they are in doesn't have phone or internet connection - they're 10 hours away from it - by choice.

I can't share the details, and didn't mean to slam Madagascar - there are plenty of places in the US that lack access.

But less lemurs.
